Meet DeEtte 

 

I’m DeEtte Thomas, wife, mother, lifelong educator, and leadership guide.

For more than three decades, I’ve served as a Teacher, Director, Coach, Trainer, District Leader, and Regional Leader. I’ve supported leaders through growth, transition, pressure, and purpose.

What I’ve learned is this:

Leadership becomes heavy when it’s disconnected from alignment.

Today, I guide women leaders through faith-anchored leadership formation, helping them slow down long enough to hear, brave enough to trust, and grounded enough to lead with excellence.
